When hiring items it can be a very daunting task for brides finding the right person. I have recently been made aware of a planner that has suffered at the hands of a rogue trader. Luckily this was not in Cornwall but in London. This doesn’t mean that we don’t have these rogue traders in our locality. You need to ensure if you are using someone to hire items from that they can provide references or that you visit them and see the stock to make sure that they have what you are hiring. Word of mouth is a wonderful thing and a bit of detective work online can sometimes help also.

We are actually in the process of overhauling our website to catalogue our products more efficiently so that customers can see the dimensions of things that they like, as well as pictures of the products in different settings to help insure that they know exactly what they are going to get on the day. We also have a showroom that customers can visit by appointment to see and touch the items they are interested in and see what they look like in situ on a table etc.
Our curated collection of hire items includes items to suit all tastes, and we try and offer items that other companies may not offer. We also strive to have beautiful items for any budget. We are always glad to offer advice and support even if what we suggest as an alternative may not make us as much money. I apologise for the time it has taken me to write this email. We have been quite busy since the wedding (which is strange as we were concerned we would not have enough to do once all the wedding planning was done!). We just wanted to say a big thank you for your decoration of our wedding venue. As you may have guessed we were quiet concerned when we initially saw the venue that we couldn’t get it looking good but on the night the room looked absolutely amazing and many people have commented on the beautiful table decorations.
