It will always be a day Kari and Paul remember and now you can re-live it with them by linking into their special day. Perfect Preparation and all the suppliers involved will remember this wedding with fond memories.
On what was one of the sunniest days in Cornwall this year, over 100 of Kari and Paul’s family and friends attended the wedding ceremony at Rame church followed by a reception at the truly spectacular Polhawn Fort. The marquee, provided by Hatch, was where the main part of their reception was held and provided guests with spectacular views of the Cornish coastline.
Table settings with a Cornish theme, locally sourced food and drink maintained links to the theme of life in Cornwall. There were many highlights to the day which included an amazing aerobatic display over the venue which ended with a romantic heart being etched into the sky. A truly magnificent thing to watch and great fun to organise. Perfect Preparation only had radio contact with the aircraft until 60 mins prior to the flyover, so timings were essential to get right as this was a surprise for the bride.
Other stunning items we organised, which wasn’t a simple task on such a hot day, were the ice sculptures, these were of the Emirates Palace and the Doha building, something which had meaning to the couple. The Doha doubled up as a Vodka Luge which guests enjoyed with an array of drinks, the favourite being ‘Pink Vodka’ served from the stunning white illuminated bar, providing some of the best views from a bar I’ve ever seen.
The day ended with a spectacular firework display ignited from a launch in the sea due to restrictions at the Fort where fireworks were not permitted on land.
An unforgettable day from start to finish, one that we are very proud to showcase.
